Filtering Gallery

I am trying to filter my gallery to only show specific Names from my microsoft list. My first filter to only show Names when the actual amount is blank, works. Filter(('Account Request'),'Actual Amount'=Blank()). When I try and add another filter the = errors out. An example would be, Filter(('Account Request'),'Actual Amount'=Blank(),'Program Location'="St. Johns"). The = before "St. Johns" errors out and causes the filter not to work. Can anyone help me with this filter? The Program Location column in my Microsoft List are choices, not text, if that helps.

looks like it's a syntax error
connect the two conditions with && operator

Filter('Account Request','Actual Amount'=Blank() && 'Program Location'="St. Johns")

this should work now
Just for curiosity could you please show the table sample , just wondering it requires the blank value .

This formula still cause the = to show error. Filter(('Account Request'),'Actual Amount'=Blank() &&'Program Location'="St. Johns"). I only want my Gallery to show what I have in this List View. I circled the filters I have for the list in red.

There's no 'Pogram Location' column
Only Location
Filter('Account Request','Actual Amount'=Blank() && 'Location'="St. Johns")
btw this might not work keep showing the error if the column types are choice
