How do I do this?

I have a web site where I have to select the department and then extract the Job code, Conv, Exception, Exception Description, Employee and the Effective Date.  Couple things: 1 is the obvious how to do this so it comes out clean and 2 how do I adjust for this when I have more lines. Some have multiple lines not just like the one line as you see in screenshot.  An

Any help would be awesome!

Here is what I am trying:

When I use the text split it comes in a column which is not what I want.  I want it to be on one single line and not column:

Then I want to re-iterate the process by selecting the next dropdown in the list and then please the next output onto the next available line in excel...I know I am far away but maybe someone can nudge me...Or maybe I am on the wrong path.

Thanks!

In order to be able to extract it into a table where one line in the web page is one row with multiple columns, you would need to be able to capture each of those fields separately and not the full line. Try capturing them in the Extract data from web page action, so that you specify each value you need separately.

Also, if there can be more than one line, I suggest using a sample with more than one line, to capture the values. Capture all the values available, and this will return a table for you, that you can then loop through.
