We have a issue with PowerApps with functionality differences from when users use the PowerApps App (desktop app, Phone App) verse the online version (Chrome / teams). I work in a large organisation with enterprise office 365
Ive developed apps off sharepoint lists. The sharepoint site where the lists also reside store images used in the apps. These images appear as planned when viewing the apps via the web portal. When viewing from either the desktop or mobile apps the images dont appear.
The app is built off the same SharePoint site (lists and image location are the same). We are planning to role this out to mobile devices but this really impacts the user experience.
Also it appears to be using a old AD profile when using the app - as some of the users profile pics are not the most recent?
I'm not the power platform admin (a developer) but the admins are not yet experienced with powerapps - so i'm trying to help them out, Any pointer would be greatly appreciated
