I have this basic flow attached.
Recurrence - every 6 months
Get work sheet - Master skills matrix
The issue im getting is when i start the flow it runs through the top fine, it gets into the condition, creates the sharing link, copies the master file and pastes in peoples personal folders as required and then sends the email notifying them.
It then stops on the delay and waits a week as requested, but the issue comes when it sends the 2nd set of emails to remind people, the document get copied again and another is put into employees folders?
Each step contains the same info but different for each employee, but some how the steps also get mis aligned, one column can send the first Send and Email and someone else could be on the second Send an Email?
Not sure how that works? if there are any thoughts.
