Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Hi,

I am looking integrate powerapps into the business fabric but was just wondering if the subscriptions for business (the $7 pay monthly plan) are just needed for those who create the apps? Do those who use the app also need a subscription? So if the business had 30 members and only 2 were creating apps to share, could all the others use it?
