shopping cart app - send email with chart's items

Hello,

i am new with Power Apps, and this is my first post.

I have realised following a video, a shopping cart app.

I have realised a button "SEND ORDER", that copy the items of chart(Collection) in a sharepoint list.

But, i would like also that, send email with all items of single transaction.

This is my Button Formula to save data in a sharepoint list:

IfError(ForAll (ShoppingCart; Patch ('Tools Order';Defaults ('Tools Order'); {Title:Article; Description:Description;'OrderedQty':OrderedQty}));Notify("Something is wrong";NotificationType.Error);Notify("Order sended";NotificationType.Success))

How can i modify it to send also email with all items in table of single transaction ?

Thank you all

    Hi @gennarodp

    You need to create a Power Automate flow to do that.

    Your flow should look like this:

    In the button formula trigger a flow start.

    Hello @gennarodp

    Create a new flow from template and select Powerapp Button.

    Add a new step Send email notification,

    flugaoveltem_1-1609167521998.png

    In each field inside the step add ask to powerapps content.

    Inside the app, select a button and add Action -> Power Automate

    When added, it will ask you three inputs

    Hi @gennarodp ,'

    You should not need a Flow - firstly add the Office365Outlook connector to your data source and then this should work

    IfError(
     ForAll(
     ShoppingCart as aCart;
     Patch(
     'Tools Order';
     Defaults ('Tools Order');
     {
     Title:aCart.Article;
     Description:aCart.Description;
     'OrderedQty':aCart.OrderedQty
     }
     )
     );
     Notify(
     "Something is wrong";
     NotificationType.Error
     );
     Notify(
     "Order sent";
     NotificationType.Success
     );;
     Office365SendEmailV2(
     User().Email;
     "Your order sent";
     "<table>" &
     Concat(
     ShoppingCart;
     "<tr>
     <td>" & Article & "</td>
     <td>" & Description & "</td>
     <td>" & OrderedQty & "</td>
     </tr>"
     ) &
     "</Table>"
     )
    )

    I have resolved email field. All ok. Thank you !

    It's work.

    It is possible set a table in email body ?

    Now, the output is in the following form:

    Article 1

    Description 1

    Qty1

    Article 2

    Description 2

    Qty2

    Article 3

    Description 3

    Qty3

    But in my email's body the edges of the table are not visible. How can i make them marked ?

    How can i enter the name of each column ?

    Thank you very much, and happy new year !!

    @gennarodp ,

    Where I have put User() .Email - this is good for testing as the result will come back to you.

    Also put whatever you need in the Subject where I have "Your order sent"
