Content filtering with buttons

Hi all, I have a quick question regarding the filter function.

I want to filter the entries as soon as I click on the button. If I click on " Ausstehend " also only the entries with " Ausstehend " must appear. What is the best way to do this? (See the image below)

If you want to use multiple filters, eg show records that are either beantragt or abgelent, i'd advise replacing your buttons with checkboxes

If not, you can just create a variable that you filter the relevant column with. You'd need to write it so it doesn't filter if the variable has a value assigned to it if the button alle is pressed.

Thanks @KvB1 for the quick response.

How can I do that exactly with the definition of the variables? Where do I have to define them?

On the OnSelect property of each button do something like Set(varFilter,"Ausstehend") for the Ausstehend button.

Then in the gallery for Items: Filter(DataSource,Columnname=varFilter)

Great, thanks to you, that worked, but how can I now set that when I click the other button, I will not continue to be displayed with pending but those with approved? Where and how can I set this?

You have to add a formula to every button you wish to change the filter, to set the variable to what the button represents

For example, on the OnSelect of button Abgelehnt, you would state: Set(varFilter,"Abgelehnt")

Great, thank you for your quick reply, that worked, perfect. Just one last thing, now when I click on "Alle", I just want them all to be displayed. How can I specify that?Or do I just have to leave it blank?
