As the error says, the formula invoked the wrong loop name 'For_each_passwordCredential'.
In your screenshot, there are only 2 'Apply to each' actions. They are 'For_each' and 'For_each_2'.

Thanks, Wearsky. This issue was related to the naming of the For Each Condition. What if we have multiple conditions and want to name them at our convenience? I guess this is not possible too! So as the input goes in condition, we need to name it the same.
Hi, @v-xiaochen-msft now I have two apps to monitor. what is the correct way to name these loops as the workflow grows?
