Hide last dropdown selection in repeating tables gallery

Repeating tables dropdown choices, is there any way to hide the last selection from the dropdown options when moving to the next row?

I have created a repeating table with a dropdown choices list and this is all patching correctly to the SharePoint list for each row.

However, I don't want my users to be able to select the same item twice, is there any way to hide the previously selected item on the next row before the form is submitted? I have looked everywhere but can't see any advice on this

    Hi @JaS_22 ,

    You would need to make the Items of the drop-down a collection and then remove the particular item from the collection when selected and the record written. That way, the next drop-down in the gallery would not show it.

    Hi @JaS_22 ,

    I would have to see the collection first, but you would use (example if .Value) on the save code

    RemoveIf(
     CollectionName,
     Value = ThisItem.YourFieldName
    )

    Thank you, this makes sense although it is a choices column and the values come from another SharePoint list therefore the collection patch is as follows:

    BillingItem:{
    '@odata.type': "#Microsoft.Azure.Connectors.SharePoint.SPListExpandedReference",
    Id: ddBillingItem.Selected.Id,
    Value: ddBillingItem.Selected.Value
    }

    Hi @JaS_22 ,

    In that case it would be something like (assuming this is a unique value to the record you want deleted)

    RemoveIf(
     CollectionName,
     BillingItem.Value = ThisItem.BillingItem.Value
    )

    Hi, I'm looking to do the same, however when I remove it form the collection, the dropdown where that value was selected appears blank.  The value is still stored because when I add a new row, it add the selected values to another collection, so the selection isnt lost it just doesn't display in the dropdown anymore.
