    Hi @jimmy_j ,

Do you want to get the message id from the response of the Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2() function?

If you want to get the message id from the response of the Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2() function, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps.

Currently, there is no response returned for the Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2() function under the Office 365 Outlook connector. Please check the following article for more details:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/office365/#send-an-email-(v2)

So the Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(....).id formula you typed is invalid.

If you would like this feature to be added in PowerApps, please submit an idea to PowerApps Ideas Forum:

    https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Apps-Ideas/idb-p/PowerAppsIdeas

Actually, the Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2() would essentially send a POST Request to 'https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/me/sendMail'  endpoint, If successful, this method returns 202 Accepted response code. It does not return anything in the response body.

Please check the following article for more details:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/user-sendmail?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=http#response

    Best regards,
