Search function on columns concatenation and filter on a choice field

Hello,

I am building a PowerApp that uses a sharepoint list as input. This sharepoint list has several columns such as "object_name", "description" and "conditon".

"object_name" and "description" are text fields whereas "condition" is a choice field (with 4 options). I want to have a search box and a filter box that can work together.

I want an user to filter on the "condition" field and also search on my Gallery objects displayed with a searchbar based on a concatenation of "object_name" and "descritpion".

i.e : For the moment, I created a dropdown item but I can't select my "condition" field.

Is it possible to build this on a PowerApp?

thank you, unfortunately, it seems that it's not working on my sharepoint data... It does not recognize my column name on my dataset.
