Get Attachment Content SharePoint PowerFx - Save List item attachment to folder

I am using a Desktop Flow to Save Items from a SharePoint List into a Folder on the PC.

The Steps I am doing is

  1. Get the items
  2. Loop through the Items
    1. Get a related Item from another list
    2. Get attachments
    3. Loop through attachments
      1. Get Attachment content
      2. Convert binary data to file

The Error I am getting is "PowerFxExecutionContext.TryGetField(GetAttachmentContentResponse): returned true but null
This occurs on the Convert binary data to file step

I suspect it might be related to how the Binary file data is being referenced. As in the variable view below it seems as if the binary is contained in GetAttachmentContentResponse.GetAttachmentContentResponse

however, the convert binary data to file won't accept that as a source it will only take the below.

Interested to know if anyone has experienced similar issues / has a work around and if it is an actual issue (and not just me doing it wrong) bring some attention to it.

I suggest avoiding the use of Power Fx for live projects since it's still in preview and has numerous limitations. It's not as stable as Power Apps and cloud flows. Furthermore, Microsoft hasn't provided adequate documentation for desktop flows if you encounter any errors.

To ensure smooth operation, you can create a desktop flow without enabling the Power Fx feature and proceed with regular tasks.

    Hi @Christian-Chapp ,

As @Deenuji  told Power Fx is still in Preview state, so we recommended it not to use it in Production.

Please try the same solution by disabling the Power Fx while creating a new, It will fix your issue.
