Expression based on excel column criteria for Flow to Planner

Hi,

I've got a flow in planner which works perfectly fine. However I would like the data to full under a certain planner 'bucket Id' based on a data in a excel column, as example:

  • I have 4 buckets in planner (example 1, example 2, example 3, example 4).
  • IF Column 2 in excel = Steve It goes to Example 1
  • If Column 2 in excel = Tom it goes in Example 3
  • etc etc.

So the criteria is only based on one column but multiple values in that column.

Is it possible to do this?

I've added my flow below. I'd look to do this as an expression in the field 'Bucket Id' under create a task.

    Hi @Ts445

If the condition is only on one column, you could use a Switch action instead of a Condition with an If, you can indicate several switch options for your specific column in your Excel file.

    Best Regards,

    Hi,

Its important to note that that the switch expression only allows "Equal to" so while its useful for this scenario if you want more complex filter conditions it might not be able to handle it.
