Error when saving SPO Attachments to Library (file name can contains '#')

Hi,

I have a flow running to save attachments (if existed) of a newly added List record to a document library.

The flow runs normally until the uploaded file's name contains a '#' mark, then it caused the flow to fail.
Does anyone know the reason and any workout for this error?

    Which action are you using? 

    Looks like the file that you are trying to copy or add to the library is not there(its either moved somewhere or its deleted)

    Hi @Kimii,

    Attachments fields in SPO List do not support the inclusion of '#' characters in filename. If you come across a '#' character in the filename property of a List Attachment, it would be helpful to investigate how it was added ?
