It just sits there loading for a VERY long time and eventually opens.Every other cloud application opens fine.

We are also experiencing the same slowness. Does Microsoft have a Power Automate system status page, that shows the current status?
I'm also in the same boat. Power Automate is unreachable via web browser or app. On the bright side, automated scripts are still running. I couldn't find any updates anywhere (admin center or the MS Power Automate twitter account)
VERY slow for me as well!
Seems like performance has improved considerably for us. Fingers crossed.
