Hi All,

I am trying below example and struck. need inputs from our community.

Case 1 : Selecting one Document number for one customer and was able to post the credit note using BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST from power app . This is working fine

Case 2 : Now requirement is to create multiple credit notes for multiple documents for single customer.

Header will be the same in BAPI .

In Gallery, user can select Multiple documents for selected customer.

Questions :

Q1: how to Fill header & item details (.i.e. Document Details ) , Amount Details in BAPI for each document ?

incase I select 10 documents for 1 customer, I need to call BAPI 10 times from power app through flow. Is there any alternative approach which can increase the performance of the app?

Q2: Pass all Header, Customer Details .i.e. Item lines, Amount, details to Power automate in JSON format and loop all required things in power automate ?
