Having issue to find the manager

I had created a flow which is working find. The trigger of the flow is When an item is created. In the flow I am using the Get manager option

Now I need to change this flow so it will be manually triggered. Therefor I have added a button in the MS List where the user can click when he has made all entries.

When I now click on the flow the flow fails at the state where it should get the manager

I have tried it with the options below but none of them is working

Error message is

Anyone an idea how I could solve my problem?

Hi @Anonymous ,

I guess this is because the user who uses the flow has no manager so it reported an error.

Please check If the user has an manager in Azure Ad.

@v-xiaochen-msft thanks for your feedback but this can't be the root cause. When I run the flow automatically (when a item is created) it works well and the manger is found. I guess this is related that I now try to run the flow by a click and the flow is not aware where to look for. I think my flow is just wrong. I will met a colleague who is trained in PA to check whats wrong
