Below is a gallery that I have created (Gallery1_1).
I would to set that if the Total has reached a certain number, then an automatic email should be sent to a few users.
Can someone advise me?
Hi, i have something similar, i found two ways of doing it. you can add the outlook connector and send an email using the onchange of the text box or save button on the line itself. You would need to add a condition to test if the number is more than or equal to the trigger value.
Or, which I think is a better solution, use PowerAutomate to send the email assuming all you data is stored in a database. this could run on a schedule for example
I would probably use the Outlook connector as mentioned above, though I would probably not use the OnChange property of the text box.In the event that text box's value exceeds the threshold, then does not exceed it, then does exceed it (for example, someone making a typo then correcting it) you could end up with multiple emails going out. I'd probably put that email on a button or something.
