How to check if in a SharePoint list, in a column called “attendance,” there are two empty records for the same user?

In Power Automate, I want to verify if in a SharePoint list, in the “attendance” column, there are two empty fields or records for a single user, then send an email. If not, I want to check if the user has 5 records or fields and send an email. How can I do this?
