Custom Action - Could not found file or assembly

Hello Everyone, I hope that you're well..

Só I'm creating a custom action to consume Azure Key vault, the code is working well, but when try use the action on Power automate Desktop I receive the error message, bellow:

What could be wrong?

It seems your custom action cannot able to find the path which mentioned in configuration to consume key from azure. Have you tested the same in visual studio?

@Deenuji Yes, it works normally in visual studio, and when I created the cab file the Azure.Core dll was included
