Copy 3 items from list 1 to list 2 based on the value of a item in list 2 and 1

Is there some who can assist me I am creating a list for my company list 1 is like a database where we store all of our current assets we manage and list 2 is where we record all the failures?

I am looking for a way to pull information from the first list to the second list.

So this is how it looks

List 1

Column 1, Column 2 , Coloumn 3, Column 4, etc...

value 1 , Value 1.1 , Value 1.2 , Value 1.3 , etc 1.....

List 2

Column 1, Column 2 , Coloumn 3, Column 4, etc...

value 2 , Value 1.1 , Value 1.2 , Value 1.3 , etc 2.....

So my question is I added column 2 as a lookup value from the first list like a drop-down box.

My question is to auto-update the information from column 3 and 4 from list 1 as well.

I tried to add the column part of the lookup but my problem, in this case, is if I change one of the auto-update columns in list 1 the value also changes in list 2. I do not want that to happen.

Can anybody please assist me with this problem

If you don't want the additional field to be automatically updated when changing the lookup source, you need to fill them separately. You can do this by creating a new flow that runs on create in list 2.
This flow will update will update the separated columns in list 2, based on the lookup value from list 1. You can use the ID attribute from the lookup field to get the item from list 1 (list 1 ID = list 2 lookup ID).

Sure, I created an example on my own tenant. I hope this matches your question.
I created two lists:
List 1, with the following fields
Title (single line of text)
Column 1 (single line of text)
Column 2 (single line of text)
Column 3 (single line of text)

List 2, with the following fields:
Title (single line of text)
Lookup to list 1 - Column 1 column (Lookup, gets its values from List 1 - Column 1 column)
Column 1 (single line of text)
Column 2 (single line of text)
Column 3 (single line of text)
I've configured the SharePoint form that only the Title and Lookup field need to be filled:
I created a flow that will run when a new item is created in List 2, which will fill the Column 1, Column 2 and Column 3 field with the values from the corresponding lookup item from List 1:
This flow will first get the corresponding item from List 1 using the ID from the lookup field as list item ID.
After that, the flow will update the item in List 2 with the values of Column 1, Column 2 and Column 3 from List 1.

When the flow is completed, the item in List 2 is filled with the values from List 1 and will not be updated when the item in List 1 is updated:
