Document Library Reporting Flow

Hello,

I am trying to setup a flow that will send a weekly report of he document library on SharePoint online.

The document library has a bunch of root folders. I would like the flow to filter the folders and grab all the files in the folders.

This is my current flow setup but I am not sure how to take advantage of the filter query to grab all the pdf's

    Hi @Anonymous ,

To exclude the Folders from files you can use following conditions:

Because IsFolder is an output property so you cant use it in Filter query.

    Regards,

    Hi @Anonymous,

In addition to @DeepakS his solution you can also try adding a filter query in the Get files (properties only) action to filter out the pdf files.

    File_x0020_Type eq 'pdf'

That is exactly what I was looking for thank you!

I have one more question. Is it possible to add a column in the table with a excel function to get the time difference from date create to date modified?
