Selecting a Bucket by Name

I have several buckets that I use for managing projects. I would like to create a Flow that creates tasks into the buckets. Is there a way to run a flow and allow the end-user to select which bucket they want the tasks created in?

Or, is there a way I can enter the bucket name and get the ID to use for adding tasks?

Would you mind elaborating on what method an end user would use to choose a bucket and post a picture of your Flow please?

You say "I would like to create a Flow that creates tasks into the buckets", that's pretty straight forward out the box or a more advanced process here - https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-Flow-Community-Blog/Create-Planner-Task-and-Include-Attachments-From-Outlook-Email/ba-p/245121
