Hi!

I want the user to be able to copy a record and populate a new form with the same information. The user should be able to make adjustments to the form before the new entry is submitted. Also, when the user wants to edit a record, the user should be transferred directly to the form.

Flow:

  1. Search address
  2. Finding records with the same address
  3. Create a copy of one record or create a new record
  4. Navigate to the form with pre-filled form or address

I cant figure out how to manage step 3 and 4. Anyone know how this can be done?

    My suggestion form step 3:

Create a flow that activates when you click that button.

So, in the flow, you ask the ID of the line ( Gallery1.Selected.ID), get the item by id, create a new item with the info from get item.

    Step 4:

Assuming that you Navigate to the form when you click on the gallery item ->

On the item proeprty of the form write:

    Gallery1.Selected
