Can we hide the Tab Related in Dataverse form ?

Please open your form -> Switch to Classic-> Navigation and remove all elements on the Left navigation
Save and publish and the items on the related tab will disappear but the tab itself will remain
Sorry I found the correct settings - On Classic -> Click Form Settings and Uncheck Show Navigation Items -> Save and Publish

Sorry, whilst the setting is works, just one question, will there be any effect on some features (beside the related tab) ? since the setting called "page navigation", just afraid it is not only the "tab related" feature gone hidden.

No it just affects related data tab
