Action 'Compose' failed

I am facing date and time related issue:
Unable to process template language expressions in action 'Compose' inputs at line '0' and column '0': 'In function 'formatDateTime', the value provided for date time string '45614T0.708333333333333' was not valid. The datetime string must match ISO 8601 format.'.

    It looks like the input you are using is a number instead of a date time value in ISO 8601 format. Are you using a List rows present in table action by any chance? 
     
    If that is the case double check your format setup of that action.
