I have created a form in Microsoft Forms. Titled "Freight Request Form". My plan is to have colleagues use this form to request freight quotes or to schedule freight.
I then created a flow that triggers new responses to that form to flow to a Sharepoint List. This list will be in our Team Channel for our Logistics Manager to review and provide a quote or schedule a shipment.
On the Sharepoint list, I created a column titled Quote. What I want is when the Logistics Manager obtains the quoted amount, to add to the sharepoint list. I would love for the sharepoint list to then email the respondant to that request with the quoted amount.
Is there a way to do this? I have tried on my own and created a rule in the list, however the e-mail only sends to mysef not the respndant of the form response.
