Run as user vs flow author using SharePoint triggers

Dear All,

One very basic question I have. I create a flow to trigger when SharePoint list item is created. Who is run-as user me(the author of the flow) or the user created the list item?

I'm asking  because I saw that the "Flow for Office 365" includes 2000 executions per months per user and i was wondering how this works.

Best,

B.

    Hi @Bojo,

Currently, manager run-only users is available to the trigger For a selected item, but not When an item is created.

Maximum number of runs per month per user for Office 365 is 2000, the number of flow runs is aggregated across all users in the company. So when someone you managed as run-only user trigger the flow, it will be considered as a run in this 2000 runs.

    Best regards,

    Mabel Mao
