How to link attachments in SP Document to the Submission ID in SP List?

I have created a Power Apps with multiple screens using same data source in SharePoint List.

One Attachment field is added in Form in in Screen 1 , and two Attachment field are added in Form 3 in Screen 3.

I understand it is not possible to have multiple column for Attachment in the SharePoint List so I have created SharePoint Document for the attachment while the rest of the data field will be submitted to SharePoint List.

So, how do I link or how do I know the attachments in the SP Document folder is linked to which submission ID in Power Apps?

Hi @Wei_C ,

How are you creating the items in the Document Library? If you are using Power Automate, add an item after the create file with Update file properties and use Ask in Power Apps to send the ID to a reference field in the metadata
