Portal Provisioning going on 21 hours

Hello,

 

I created a new portal in a new trial environment yesterday, and the provisioning is going on 21 hours at this point.  I can't create a new portal (max 1 per environment).  Has anyone experienced this before?  I saw that 30 minutes to a few hours was typical for Portal provisioning.
