In this case e have my SP list
I need to sum all values in de right side when, the left side is select.
So If(Mirassol is select, sum every value in the totaldameta)
At the end put in a label on powerapps.

You are missing some details on your scenario, but I will assume you have some sort of Dropdown to select the Cliente from - I will call it ddCliente and that the Items formula for it is the following:
Distinct(yourSPList, Cliente)
So, for your Label, you can use the following formula in the Text property:
Sum(Filter(yourSPList, Cliente=ddCliente.Selected.Result), TotalDaMeta)
