Hi there,
I found that the device picker was disappeared as it was on top of preview page. Could anyone fix this ?

I am not sure why this has disappeared and I do not know why this works, but if you have the setting 'Scale to fit' turned on, you can change the device preview.

The device picker was located on the page before even if 'Scale to Fit' option was turned off. But it works as I turn on the option. Please let me know if you have other solutions. Thanks anyway.

Yes, I found that this was the case with my apps too. Was working when it was turned off, but now only seems to work when the setting is turned on.
If I turn that setting on, it scrap the entire display and cant go back in full screen layout.
I guess instead of having 1 screen with all the formulas and adjust how its displayed based on device is not the way to go now.
Will have to duplicate screen for different screen sizes and ensure all modifications/correction made to one screen apply to the other. Cant just refer to main screen formula as soon as you refer to one properties of another screen, it load the entire screen in memory just like if it were shown.
Hope this functionality has been removed by mistake and will be back soon.
I have the same issue.
I really hope this functionality in the preview mode whilst editing hasn’t been removed on purpose. It would be a massive step backwards for PowerApps.
