I've i try to edit a already existing app, i get the error message attached.
Same if i try to create a new app.
This is like that since around 3 days...
Any ideas?

I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned.
Please take a try to clear cache of your browser, and then try it again to check if the issue is solved.
In addition, please also take a try to create a new app or edit an existing app within other browser, and then check if the issue still exists.
