    Hi @diepic,

What type of column is Categoria Documento (Single Line of Text, Choice or LookUp) and what is the internal name of it in Dataverse?

In the row filter field you can use a OData style filter syntax.

In your case (if the field is actually Single Line of Text of type) that could be something like:

    publisherprefix_InternalColumnName eq 'Prev-Offerta (ns)'

    thank you very much @Expiscornovus
The column is a Lookup of another table...

    diepic_0-1662378044218.png

I try this, but seem not working. Maybe there is an error on syntax ... or maybe I need a prefix before the column name ... in this last case how can find the prefix?

    Hi @diepic,

I expect that the internal name of your column does not have square brackets. You can lookup the name of the column in Dataverse. Below is an example within my environment.

    internalname.png

In case of a Lookup it probably is easier to filter on the GUID of the lookup record in the _publisherprefix_InternalColumnName_value property.

In my example that would be like below:

    _crca4_categoriadocumento_value eq b918119d-0872-eb11-a812-00224840eb4b

I try as you indicate, but it is not working ... maybe I'm mistaken ... this below is my situation:
this is my table with categories

these are my 2 tables (1st with list - 2nd with list of rows)

    diepic_1-1662382531770.png

    I try with both versions:

    diepic_3-1662382659803.png

the trigger dont start the event "send mail"

    Hi @diepic,

The second screenshot shows the table names. I was looking for the name of the Categoria Documento column  name within the ATH-Documenti_Opportunita table.

Go to your Table > Click Columns within the Schema section.

    lookup_type02.png

In the overview click on the Catgoria Documento (Lookup) column. It should open an edit column side panel which looks a bit like below. Use the Schema name in your Filtra righe field.

in Power Automate I try in 2 ways:
    with value of lookup

    diepic_1-1662385584286.png

    with ID of the value

    diepic_2-1662385636578.png

    both aren't working

    Hi @diepic,

Can you double check if you are using the right GUID from the related table?

Normally there should be a ATH-Categoria_Documenti_OpportunitaId column in the related ATH-Categoria_Documenti_Opportunita table.

You seem to be using the GUID of the CategDoc-Opportunita column from the Prev-Offerta (ns) row, which seems like a different column in the ATH-Categoria_Documenti_Opportunita table.

    Hi @Expiscornovus

here the 2 tables with data and id.
The 2nd picture is the list of my categories.
The 1st is the table with my documents and the column where I choose the category from this lookup field.
The Trigger must start when the field [Categoria_Documento] in table with documents (1st picture) is changed as 'Prev-Offerta (ns)' (ID=c869f91c-ff21-ed11-b83d-000d3a4b576c). When there is this event Power Automate must send me a mail.

    Hi @diepic,

Thanks for checking. Sorry, that was not really the information I was looking for. That is the same column as you shared before. I wanted to know if there is a different/second unique identifier column 😅

Can you make a screenshot like below of the columns in your ATH-Categoria_Documenti_Opportunita table?

Interested to see if you have multiple unique identifier columns.
