Not Connected - Power Automate Cloud Flow

I have three actions in a Copilot Topic that are all 3 using a Planner connector and calling different Power Automate Flows. 2 of the three connections are able to establish connection and run with no error. However, the third one is unable to connect. 
 
When I click connect, it shows as a valid connection using the same credential as the first two. But when I click submit, the status remains Not Connected and I'm not able to run the flow.
 
 
Any help here? All three power automate flows are published to the same Solution in Power Automate as well.

    have you tried to simply readd the flow? It should create a connection again and you could try to establish it again.
