OData Filter Query using "Has Column Changed" Fields

I have a SharePoint list with a status column that I want to track all changes for. I figured I'd capture when list items are modified, then append the rows to a table in SQL, but since there are so many rows and potentially lots of status changes in a short period of time, I thought it'd be best to use a filter query within the 'get items' step (instead of a condition that would run through all the items). I'm forever learning Power Automate, so there may be a much better method to do this, but I'm trying to use the 'Has Column Changed: Status' field to filter, and it's not working - I'm assuming maybe because of the "/" needed in the internal name for the 'Has Column Changed: Status' field. Is it possible to use those fields in the filter query, or is there a better way to structure this?

Thank you all in advance!!

@CorM having a get items there each time an item is modified will slow the flow down. Instead of the Get items just add a Condition with the left field being Has Column Changed: Status, leave the middle field as is equal to and type true into the right field. Leave the red if no channel empty and put whatever actions you want into the green if yes channel.

This worked perfectly - didn't realize I didn't need that get items step! Greatly appreciate your help!!
