Hello everyone.

I have an APP that has 3 moments. Gallery, Edit Form and View Form.

When the people fill out the EditForm (see the next figure).

The idea is that the records are shown in Visual Form like this:

The visual Form depends on the Browse shown in the next figure

Mi problem is that the app show some records and doesn't show REFERENCES, USER NAME and ISSUE DATE.

How can i do fix this error?

NOTE: SubmitForm('EditForm') is the button when I want to save any record.

Hi @PabloLopez

I assume the data is not saved to DataSource.

Select the Edit form on the left navigation
Select the Data Card (Not Control)
Verify the Update property

In the above example, We are updating data from PNCard control when Submitting the form. "Update" property tells what we are saving on submitting on each data card/field.

Hello @StalinPonnusamy Thank for your answer.

However, I had this function. See the next figure
The last figure shown that the recommend function is activate but it doesn't work. In addition, my DataSource doesn't save this fields when the record is submit.

The below few things to make the form works. Can you verify below?

Data source field type
"DataField" property on Data card
"Update" property on the Data card
Can you share the DataSource and the field Type?

For REFERENCES field:

1. Multiple lines of text
2.
3.
4. DataSource
I don't authorization to share the DataSource document.

Hi @PabloLopez

I see you have everything and need it.

Will do some troubleshooting things one by one.

Remove the DataCard from the Form and then add them back. (try with only control)
Refresh the data source
Remove the DataSource and Add it back
Start with Newform

I removed the card and then i add this card and my error was solved.
