in my table 1 I would like to add the total of the amount column only for shift 1 and data now. It's possible ?someone help me.

Try this - the With() statement is only to manage Delegation as Sum() is not Delegable. NOTE this will only Sum item numbers in Turno 1 up to your Delegation Limit.
With( { wList: Filter( YourDataSource, Turno = 1 ) }, Sum( wList, Turno ) )

I believe he is using a DataTable, judging by the screenshot. If so, Filter will not work.

It will if you filter the Data Source, not the Data Table. You are correct you cannot Sum the contents of a Data Table as in a Gallery
Sum( Filter( GalleryName.AllItems, Turno = 1 ), Turno )
