I need to show the based on the other sharepoint list

I need show the gallery data based on the other SharePoint list

Example - 10 items there in the gallery 
Condition 1-If 10 people are belongs from  Region-Africa Country -blank() all the 10 people "Reviewer","Preparer" they can see the All Africa data
condition 2-If 5 people are belongs from  Region-Africa Country -Madagascar all the 5 people "Reviewer","Preparer" they can see the Madagascar data not all the Africa details

    Get the logged-in user varRole, varRegion, and varCountry from the Roles SharePoint list.

    Gallery Items: If(IsBlank(varCountry), Filter(GalleryDatasource, Region=varRegion),Filter(GalleryDataSource, Region=varRegion && Country = varCountry))
