How to transfer sharepoint Author(User or User Group) display Email address into single line of Text?

Dear all:

I create a sharepoint list and i get Author column by default and i change this column setting let it show Email address

I would like to transfer Author display Email address into Single of line text and write this text into another column.

Is it possible to do so?

If it is OK, how to do for this?

Yes, thank you.
I get Author from sharepoint list default.
I can show it in Gallery, but i would like to send email to Author by onselcet button via Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2
Unfortunately, i got error if i write function like this Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(ThisItem.Author.Email
,"Please approve new customer request!", "comments")
It show the parameter is invalid, the type of ThisItem.Author.Email is not text

Would you please help me out?

or is Author a field you have created ? If so, what type is it ?

Yes, the type is User or User Group.
It is system default column of sharepoint list not created by me.
You can add it into sharepoint list if you check it.
Please take a look from screenshot as below.

I have changed this column display by list setting from display name into email address.

Unfortunately, i don't know how to transfer it into text to send email.

Hi @Jackywei_BDF ,

The only fields SharePoint creates of Person type in my Regional settings are 'Created By' and 'Modified By'.

When a Collection is made from the List however, these are turned into Author and Editor. So Created By'.EMail (List) or Author.Email (Collection) should get you the value you need. I am not familiar with any translations of this and obviously cannot read your values posted.

Yes, you show me the screen is OK, sorry it is different from language translation.
What i wanted is 'Created By'
I have settled this case by DataCardValue49.Selected.Email to choose Email properity from list and send email to creator by it.

Anyway, thanks for your support in time:)
