I am using PowerAutomate to perform actions when a MS Form has been submitted. It would be ideal if Forms had the ability to check dates, but I don't see that it does. My business need is in regards to vehicle inspections. If someone completed an MS Form with a future dated vehicle inspection, their supervisor is notified via email from the flow that a future date inspection was performed. Ideally I would like a date checker so the inspector isn't allowed to submit a future dated form, but I can't see that option. Next best would be to remove the response from Forms when it is identified that the inspection is future dated. Any ideas?

@AnnetteM Forms has no way to check dates but you can compare dates in Power Automate providing you use the yyyy-MM-dd format in your Compose actions. Then have a condition that if the inspection date is greater than today's date (again in yyyy-MM-dd format) then do x, y or z.

I certainly am able to harness the future date checking in PowerAutomate to send email notification to leadership when a form has been submitted with a future date. My question is how can I harness PowerAutomate to remove the response in the Microsoft Form as future dated inspections are not allowed and therefore not an eligible response. Of course it should be handled at the forms level to disallow, but that doesn't seem possible. When I export the data from the responses in Forms, I can see the inspection date and the completion date (date submitted) and that is what I am using for the flow's email notification, but bottom line is I want the flow to remove the entry!

@AnnetteM it's not possible for the flow to remove the entry in Forms, there's no action for that in Power Automate.
