Not sure if anyone can help, I am using April Dunhams desk reservation app converted into a Pool car reservation app, and would like to be able to add a Destination text input to the screen shown that would update my SharePoint list column that is part of a collection when the Continue button is pressed. Next screen confirms all info and updates my SP list.

any help would be appreciated.
