Hello Everyone,
my question is, how to change in a Canvas App the underlying Excel file while doing Import/Export between Environments for not to use the same file in various environments?

You can try to delete the original connection and add a new connection while keeping the table name unchanged.

it looks like there is no way to add an other Excel file later as source. Or at least I didn't find such possibility. 😞
