Clearing Gallery after 1 hour possible ?

Hello,

i am making a time-out application for students with powerapp, the students have to scan a QR-code and then their attendence is written to an excel file, the teacher has a personalized screen where he/she can see which students are currently checked in on the time-out, now all the students get written to an excel file that doesnt need to be reset, but i want the gallery where the teacher can see which students are currently checked in to reset every hour, because time out will take 1 hour, so the next teacher who has timeout duty doesnt need to see all the other students in the gallery from the previous hour.

Is this possible?

Hi @Jarno28 ,
If I understand correctly, you want to preserve the data in the Excel, only empty the gallery?
I suppose you could create an extra column in your Excel with a timestamp.
Then you could filter the gallery like this:
Filter([DataSource], Hour([TimestampColumn]) = Hour(Now()))
This should only give records from the same hour.

This does not automatically update the gallery, so you could use a timer control or something to periodically refresh the datasource/gallery.
