Flow to connect MS Form to Excel running extremely slow/failing tests suddenly

I am completely new to POwer Automate. I made a flow to collect data from a MS Form to MS Excel. The Excel file has multiple formulas and is about 13MB in size (well below the 50MB max limit). The flow was working fine till yesterday but since today, it is extremely slow in adding rows to excel table or failing to run/test completely. Please advise.

Hey! If you have the trigger set to "When a new response is submited" and the only action you have is "Insert Row in excel" it shouldnt be slow
The problem might be in the formulas. What you can try to do is do that "formulas" in power autoamte. It would be easier

Here are screenshots of the flow settings. The issue started after I started inserting formulas in excel that involved about 10000 rows. that caused the excel file size to reach 13MB. still it shouldnt cause the flow to break ideally. Can you help?

Why do you have a for each?

Just 1 action "Add row" would work and you sue the fields that you get from the trigger

Thank you so much for your patient support.

I tried that way to.. the flow worked once (only partially). The second test has been running for over a minute now.. looks like its going to fail again.. sincerest apologies for being a complete noob in this. Can you please guide me on where I am going wrong?

I dont have any excel BUT, as you can sse I can get stuff from the trigger. Just use that stuff that you can egt instead of sing a for each
