Trigger Power Automate from Power Apps Portal Entity form

Hi,

I have a powerapps portal entity form. on submit, a new record is created in CDS. 

The issue is i am not able to trigger a flow from CDS when a new record is created via the powerapps portal entity form but the workflow triggers when i add a record via CDS directly.

Does anyone know how to make this work? Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi @v-xida-msft 

    yes, the issue is resolved now and yes, the flow and portal are in the same environment.

     

    The issue was the wrong scope option.

    Hi @DivyaNair ,

    Have you solved your problem?

     

    Please make sure the flow that you created and your PowerApps Portal are in same PowerApps Environment. Based on the needs that you mentioned, I think the "When a record is created" trigger of CDS connector could achieve your needs:
