Formatting is lost when text is pasted to a textbox

Hi!

I have created a variable (%Notes%) within my desktop flow where it's value is set similar to below

Test Requirements:

Tester:
Name

Test to be done:
Verify login

I then used Populate text field in window to populate %Notes%, when the field is populated the formatting of the text is lost, the value is pasted as below.

Test Requirements:Tester:NameTest to be done:Verify login

Similarly, same output when I used Send an Email (V2) in cloud flow and populated email body with the an output variable.

How do I retain the format of the text?

you can pass into array or directly create 4 output variables

I disabled this option in populate text to populate it correctly

Also in email, are you getting same way ?

Thank you, it worked for Populate as text!
For email, i created an output variable (%OUT_Notes%) which gets the value from the same %Notes% variable. Then i use this output variable as email Body

While sending the email modify the body like this

join(split(outputs('Run_a_flow_built_with_Power_Automate_for_desktop')?['body/out_Notes'],decodeUriComponent('%0A')),'<br><br>')

where outputs('Run_a_flow_built_with_Power_Automate_for_desktop')?['body/out_Notes'] represent the out_Notes variable from Power automate desktop flow 🙂

Final email looks like
