How can I configure the date format from SPO to read DDMMYYYY in MS Power Apps?

Use this formula on the Text property;
Text(ThisItem.CreatedDate,
"dd/mm/yyyy")
Or
Text(ThisItem.CreatedDate,"dd/mmm/yyyy")
