Survey123 Trigger not getting past condition in PowerAutomate

Good afternoon,

 

I have built a flow that uses Survey123 for a trigger. After that, I have a condition set up to filter based on an answer to a question. That selection determines who would receive an email notification. The flow is not getting past the first filtering condition. Below is a screen shot of my flow.

Is there a step I am missing in this process or is there another way to go about it?
