Hope you can help a PowerAutomate Newbie!
Background:
I've created a flow where the user enters a Jira-ID in Excel. I then pass this through to the Jira "Get Jira Issue" call to retrieve the relevant record from Jira. This is then passed back to excel and populates the Excel row with the data.
Questions:
- What is the best way to automate this? Currently I enter the data in excel then run the flow manually
- The flow runs inconsistently. Sometimes it runs successfully, but does not update excel. Sometimes it fails with a "No row was found with Id" error (even through the ID exists), and other times it runs just fine. It seems to be timing related as if I wait a little before starting the flow it works, but this is inconsistent.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
